North Shore Elite Team MemberNorth Shore Elite is seeking a highly organized, service-driven team member to support daily club operations while also assisting with tennis-related programming when needed. This role is primarily operational in nature, with tennis experience viewed as a strong asset rather than the core focus.This is a front-line leadership position that plays a key role in ensuring the club runs smoothly, members receive exceptional service.In This Role You Will:Operations & LeadershipServe as Manager on Duty (MOD) to help oversee daily club operations and team coordinationProvide concierge-level service, assisting members with questions, needs, and problem resolutionSupport front desk, fitness, and activity areas to ensure a smooth and welcoming club environmentMonitor facility flow, address operational issues, and communicate effectively with leadership teamsHelp maintain standards related to safety, cleanliness, and overall member experienceProgram & Activity SupportAssist with logistics and execution of club programming, events, and member activitiesSupport tennis operations including events, leagues, and scheduling as neededHelp drive participation by building relationships with members and understanding their interestsContribute ideas that enhance engagement across all club departmentsWho We're Looking For:Strong operational mindset with excellent organizational skillsExperience in customer service, hospitality, or club operationsAbility to lead in a fast-paced, member-facing environmentTennis background preferred, but not requiredA proactive communicator who enjoys solving problems and supporting teamsThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of club activity, ensuring operations run seamlessly while helping create an engaging and welcoming environment for members every day.Join our team if you love creating memorable experiences and being part of a vibrant community!
