Cloud Systems EngineerCloud Systems Engineer – TS/SCI with FSP Xcelerate Solution is seeking a Cloud Systems Engineer to support the design, operation, and optimization of enterprise cloud environments. This role is responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, supporting system performance, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and accreditation requirements. You'll work closely with IT, security, and program teams to deliver scalable, secure cloud solutions that support mission needs.

Location: Bethesda, MD Clearance: TS/Sci with FSPResponsibilitiesSupport the administration and maintenance of enterprise cloud environments (classified and unclassified)Manage cloud accounts, access, and usage across environmentsEnsure system performance, availability, and reliabilityTroubleshoot cloud-related issues and implement solutionsTranslate user needs into technical cloud requirements and solutionsDevelop and support implementation plans, including proofs of concept (POCs)Design and deploy cloud-based storage solutions for data archiving and lifecycle managementSupport migration and transition of program data, tools, and artifacts into cloud environmentsConduct regular reviews of cloud requirements and identify capability gapsRecommend improvements and enhancements to cloud architecture and servicesProvide technical recommendations and solution options to stakeholdersSupport compliance with cybersecurity standards and accreditation requirements (ATO/ATD)Assist with compliance assessments, audits, and remediation effortsEnsure cloud environments meet security policies and governance requirementsMaintain proper documentation to support accreditation and oversightSupport data lifecycle management, including:Archiving inactive program dataEnabling secure data sharing and accessDevelop dashboards and reports to track System performance, Compliance Risk and usage metricsDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cloud operationsDocument system configurations, processes, and solutionsSupport continuous improvement of cloud services and processesMinimum Requirement:Active TS/SCI with Full Scope PolygraphBachelor's degree in one of these fields Cloud Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or related field6+ years of experience in Cloud systems administration, Cloud environment management, and Cybersecurity compliance and assessmentsPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in a related fieldCloud certifications such as: AWS (e.g., Solutions Architect, SysOps), Microsoft Azure or equivalentIntelligence Community Experience managing cloud environmentsAbout Xcelerate Solutions: Founded in 2009 and headquartered in McLean, VA, Xcelerate Solutions is one of America's fastest-growing companies.
