Microsoft Cloud and Endpoint Administration
We are a growing enterprise Managed Services Provider hiring a Cloud Systems Administrator to join a specialized Endpoint Team supporting client environments nationwide.
This is a hands on Microsoft cloud and systems role with a strong focus on Intune, endpoint management, device compliance, and Microsoft 365. You will also work across Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and automation.
This is a strong fit for an MSP Systems Administrator who wants to deepen their Microsoft cloud expertise while working across complex multi tenant environments.
What You Will Own
• Administer Microsoft Intune across multiple client environments
• Build and maintain compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployments, and device standards
• Support Autopilot, Conditional Access, MDM, and endpoint lifecycle management
• Monitor device posture and remediate compliance or configuration issues
• Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and user administration
• Build and maintain SharePoint Online environments with a focus on governance and usability
• Automate administrative and endpoint tasks using PowerShell
• Collaborate with engineering and Managed Services teams on escalations and technical initiatives
• Use N-able and other MSP tools to support endpoint operations
What We Are Looking For
• MSP experience supporting multiple client environments is required
• 3 to 5+ years of hands on Intune administration experience
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration experience
• Experience with Autopilot, Conditional Access, MDM, compliance policies, and application deployment
• PowerShell experience for automation, reporting, or administration
• Experience supporting multi tenant or hybrid Microsoft environments
• Strong troubleshooting, xhqgsiq documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience That Helps
• SharePoint Online administration and governance
• N-able or similar RMM platforms
• Microsoft cloud, endpoint, or security certifications
