Crusoe Cloud is hiring a Cloud Support Engineer to empower customers with Crusoe's GPU compute platform. You’ll be the primary technical contact, resolving issues quickly and ensuring SLAs are met across Linux, cloud, and containerized environments.
You’ll participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, collaborate with SRE, Networking and Storage teams, and help build onboarding materials and SOPs. A background in IT/CS/engineering or 2+ years in cloud support is required.
