Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Cloud Support Consultant will provide Tier 2 client infrastructure support, managing incidents end-to-end while ensuring timely resolution of complex escalations in AWS and Windows/Linux environments. Key responsibilities: Manage client incidents from identification to resolution, handling escalations in Windows and Linux server environments Administer end-user and security profiles across multiple servers and configure AWS cloud environments for performance optimization Develop automation scripts and maintain internal documentation for support procedures and best practices Required qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud environments and infrastructure support Experience supporting network infrastructure, including routers and firewalls Bachelor's degree or equivalent education with at least 5 years in a client-facing support role Proven experience with Windows and Linux systems in mission-critical environments Competency in server administration, security protocols, and scripting using languages such as PowerShell or Bash
