Cloud ArchitectThis role is remote with a preferred future facility in MN. The team consists of 24 members all supporting data architecture and engineering. Work hours are from 8:00AM to 4:00PM.

To support this vision, one of our goals is to evolve our analytic and data environments to improve speed of decisioning and to support higher velocity use cases.Primary Responsibilities:Design, develop, implement, and run cross-domain, modular, flexible, scalable, secure, reliable and quality data solutions that transform data for meaningful analyses and analytics while ensuring operabilityBuild processes that support data transformation, workload management, data structures, dependency, and metadataDrive the platform modernization, consolidation, and migration of applications to CloudServe as a data solution architect for cloud and big data-based data warehousing and analytics initiativesWork with engineers, architects & stakeholders to design and implement solutions in Cloud / Snowflake / Big DataPlay an important role in the discovery, design, development, and validation of data pipelinesProduce solutions that are models of performance, scalability, and extensibilityIdeate / Solutionize next generation streaming applications to use Data as a strategic platformCollaborate with engineers on partner-teams to build cohesive and optimal solutionsLook across teams and products to find synergies and solutioning mindset to identify/remove duplicationThis role will also be expected to pass on the learning to peers for knowledge sharing.Preferred Qualifications:Azure Cloud Certified ArchitectExperience with Snowflake Architecting and Data EngineeringExperience implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Azure / Snowflake solutionsExperience in building Big data solutions and implementing distributed data pipelines and systemsExposure to data loading, data transformation, data governance and data lineage aspects of data engineeringGuide the team on troubleshooting and resolving Azure environment performance issues, connectivity issues, security issues, etc.
