Software Engineer - Cloud Acceleration TeamCloud Acceleration team is leading the charge on taking the client stack to the public cloud as part of client's strategy to run services in a hybrid cloud environment. We are looking for software engineers to help us accomplish this mission.We build the processes and services that allow engineers at work to use the public cloud with as little friction as possibleWe drive the adoption of cloud computing principles throughout consulting with peer and customer teamsWe engage with public cloud providers to provide feedback on new features/offeringsWe ensure that Twitter's use of public cloud services has reliability baked-inWe build the tooling that helps Twitter stay compliant with data privacy and security requirementsQualificationsExperience with production deployments in at least one public cloud provider, preferably AWSComfortable programming in one of the following languages: Python, Java, Scala, or GoStrong computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures background3+ years of experienceB.S.+ in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience)The Cloud Acceleration is focused on bringing the public cloud in a way that is secure, reliable, and repeatable.
