Cloud Services Senior Engineer

To support the Cloud Services Team, the full-time salaried Cloud Services Senior Engineer will act as a technical expert, managing operations and infrastructure improvements while guiding major cloud-based projects and mentoring team members. Key responsibilities Collaborate with Architects to design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient private and public cloud solutions Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex cloud issues, including networking, security, and performance concerns Serve as a technical mentor to Cloud Services Engineers, providing guidance on best practices and problem-solving Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience One or more relevant cloud platform certifications, such as VMWare Certified Professional or Azure Administrator Associate Current CCNA certification or comparable enterprise network platform certification 5+ years of hands-on experience managing private cloud environments and designing cloud infrastructure at scale Practical experience with Cisco, VMWare vSphere, SAN, NAS, or object storage, and familiarity with public cloud platforms
