Conducting Cloud Red Team Blue Team engagements, the full-time remote Cloud Red Team Consultant will perform cloud-focused adversary emulation techniques against customer environments while collaborating with the Blue Team to support real-time threat hunting and incident response. Key responsibilities Manage engagements from kickoff through report delivery, ensuring effective communication with clients Emulate realistic threat actor tactics to challenge and validate customer cloud security controls and detection capabilities Identify and implement long-term enhancements to the Cloud Red Team Blue Team offering to improve adversary emulation tradecraft Required qualifications 2-3 years of experience in red team consulting services or MSSP roles, with expertise in public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP 1-2 years of experience conducting Red Team Blue Team or Purple Team exercises 5+ years of overall cybersecurity industry experience, particularly in hands-on roles like penetration testing or adversary emulation Experience in scripting and automation to support adversary emulation operations Proven ability to build and grow strategic relationships with clients and manage customer-facing projects
