Working remotely on a contract basis, the Cloud Platform Engineer will design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure while optimizing CI/CD pipelines and managing containerized applications to support healthcare technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools and modern DevOps practices
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient software delivery
- Develop and manage containerized application environments with Kubernetes for optimal deployment and service reliability
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible
- Proven hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including knowledge of networking, IAM, and core services
- Strong experience with Kubernetes for deploying and managing containerized applications
- Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Java
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
