To support a growing cloud infrastructure, the full-time Cloud Operations Technician will monitor, maintain, and respond to production alerts while participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation, all within a fully remote setting for candidates in Quintana Roo or Yucat n, Mexico. Key responsibilities Respond to and triage production alerts as the primary on-call responder, ensuring system reliability Troubleshoot and resolve issues using established runbooks, escalating to senior teams when necessary Proactively monitor system health and performance, maintaining operational documentation and dashboards Required qualifications Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation as a primary responder Experience responding to production alerts in a cloud environment Functional understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably with Azure experience Proficiency with monitoring tools like Datadog, Azure Monitor, or Grafana Strong written communication skills for documenting incident timelines and updating procedures
