Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Cloud Operations Associate Engineer will manage and monitor customer environments, handle incidents and service requests, and execute operational tasks to ensure high-service uptime for cloud offerings. Key responsibilities Manage and monitor customer environments, addressing alerts and incidents within SLA Execute operational tasks including troubleshooting access issues, deploying system updates, and analyzing service health Identify opportunities for automation of operational tasks to enhance efficiency Required qualifications 1-2 years of experience administering Kubernetes and Linux in enterprise-scale environments 1-2 years of hands-on operational experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and application services Cloud Certification in AWS or GCP is required Kubernetes Certification and Linux Administrator Certification are preferred
