To support customer-facing AI adoption and deployment, the remote Cloud Onboarding Manager (Co-pilot) will manage the implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI solutions, ensuring secure and governed adoption while unblocking technical barriers over an 18-month contract. Key responsibilities Drive healthy adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI solutions through customer success planning and usage-focused outcomes Act as a technical subject matter expert, advising customers on secure AI adoption and operationalizing AI solutions aligned to business outcomes Lead technical unblocking engagements across various domains including identity, security, compliance, and governance to accelerate time-to-value Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing role with strong stakeholder management skills 5+ years of experience delivering customer technical projects 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Cloud platforms, particularly in deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot Deep technical expertise in Microsoft security and compliance, including Microsoft Entra and Microsoft Purview Experience building and governing AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio
