Key responsibilities Oversees the design, implementation, and management of cloud infrastructure to maintain high availability and operational efficiency Implements incident, problem, and change management practices to ensure operational excellence and compliance with security standards Manages and develops teams in Cloud Architecture, Infrastructure, and Security Engineering, fostering collaboration and growth Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required 10+ years of Information Technology experience with hands-on expertise across multiple domains 3+ years of people leadership experience in a high-growth SaaS environment 5+ years of direct Cloud IaaS/PaaS experience, preferably with AWS Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards such as NIST 800-53 and ISO 27001/2 preferred
