Cloud Infrastructure EngineerCrossTech is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer on an ongoing basis to design, implement, and support secure, scalable, and reliable multi-cloud environments. This position is responsible for building and maintaining enterprise cloud infrastructure, automating provisioning, and ensuring performance, security, and cost efficiency across all platforms.The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in cloud architecture, infrastructure automation, and system optimization while collaborating across DevOps, security, and application teams to deliver high-availability cloud solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and manage infrastructure components across Azure, AWS, and GCP environmentsAutomate resource provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, or CLI scriptingMonitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and cost across multiple cloud platformsImplement and maintain security, compliance, and governance controls in alignment with enterprise standardsTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and network issues across compute, storage, and access layersCollaborate with DevOps, architecture, and application teams to deliver integrated solutions and CI/CD automationMaintain detailed documentation for configurations, procedures, and architecture diagramsResearch emerging cloud services and recommend improvements for infrastructure modernizationParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field — or equivalent work experience5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure engineering across Azure, AWS, or GCPStrong proficiency in automation and scripting (Terraform, PowerShell, Python, or CLI tools)Experience with networking, identity management, and security configuration in cloud environmentsFamiliarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure automationSolid understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architecturesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilitiesStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teamsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions under deadlinesPreferred QualificationsCertifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), or Google Professional Cloud ArchitectExperience with hybrid cloud and infrastructure monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)Knowledge of cloud cost optimization and governance frameworksCompensation Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefitsLocation Philadelphia, PA
