Cloud Infrastructure EngineerWe are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work across technology to create solutions aligned with the organization's cloud strategy. This role involves designing and implementing new software solutions, as well as maintaining and enhancing existing software, ensuring adherence to standards for accessibility, security, and performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesWork across technology to create solutions that align with the company's cloud strategy.Perform product design activities as required.Design and implement new software solutions for our cloud enablement strategy, and maintain existing software.Ensure code adheres to standards for accessibility, security, object-oriented practices, and performance.Write and conduct unit and integration tests.Function and communicate within a software development team including developers, quality assurance, and project management members.Participate in requirements, architecture reviews, and design meetings.Required QualificationsExperience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in Cloud Engineering (Azure/AWS/GCP).Technical Skills:Experience with writing infrastructure as code using Terraform, including Terraform Enterprise, Private Module Registry, and Terraform Sentinel.Experience building and working with public cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Knowledge of web protocols, multiple operating systems, hypervisors, and distributed systems architecture.Knowledge of Azure Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) or similar frameworks.Experience with cloud security, including tools like Azure Policy, Azure Defender for Cloud, and Azure Sentinel.Hands-on experience with CI/CD toolchains such as Maven/Jenkins.Experience with general programming languages such as Java or Python.Familiarity with Agile development practices and test-driven development.Experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, CloudFormation, or Salt.Preferred QualificationsExperience with identity management frameworks and tools.Experience in Linux/UNIX system administration.Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.Knowledge of the Go programming language.Cloud provider certification (e.g., Azure certification AZ-900).Experience with architecting software solutions.Compensation & BenefitsA comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.
