Guiding clients in optimizing their cloud consumption, the full-time remote Cloud FinOps Consultant will participate in FinOps implementation projects, manage ongoing customer engagement, and enhance internal operations through training and process improvement. Key responsibilities Onboard cloud customers to cost management systems and address billing inquiries within contractual SLAs Analyze client cloud cost and usage data to identify optimization opportunities and report results Research and implement enhancements to FinOps services, contributing to new service development and internal processes Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of three years of experience in cloud billing, sales support, or finance Experience onboarding clients to cloud billing or FinOps tooling Cloud FinOps Practitioner certification Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and Microsoft 365 offerings
