Role: Cloud ERP Release & Environment Management Lead
Location: Chicago, IL Remote (Only EST and CST time zone)

Role Summary
Lead release governance, environment coordination, and upgrade readiness for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and integrated ERP applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise release calendar, release governance, and deployment approvals.
- Coordinate SAP cloud upgrades, impact assessments, regression testing, and business readiness.
- Manage environment strategy, configuration synchronization, rebaselining, and merge coordination.
- Oversee cutover planning, change controls, production validation, and hypercare.
- Coordinate dependencies across SAP, integrations, data, security, and connected SaaS applications.
- Track release risks, defects, deployment metrics, and operational readiness.
- Ensure documentation, audit traceability, and smooth transition to production support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in release, environment, change, or operations management.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SaaS releases, and integrated ERP landscapes.
- Strong knowledge of release management, regression testing, cutover, and ITIL practices.
Preferred Skills
- SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Central Business Configuration, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
- Experience with SAP Ariba, Fieldglass, BTP/Integration Suite, and other SaaS platforms.
- ITIL 4 certification or relevant SAP credentials.
