To support enterprise cloud infrastructure and platforms, the full-time salaried Cloud Engineer II will manage Azure environments and Hyland Alfresco content services, serving as a technical escalation point for complex incidents while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Manage and troubleshoot complex Azure cloud infrastructure incidents and service requests Provide full lifecycle administration and development support for Hyland Alfresco environments Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and maintain CI/CD pipelines Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience managing and supporting Azure cloud infrastructure in an enterprise environment 2+ years of full lifecycle management and development experience with Hyland Alfresco Software Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and configuration management automation (Ansible) Experience with Azure DevOps supporting CI/CD pipelines
