* Owns the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s), ensuring highly performant, coordinated software solutions within time and budget constraints.
* Leads and analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry standard processes, product knowledge, and discernment
* Exercises judgment and business insight in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very sophisticated aspects of applications and technology installations.
* Self-starter that provides direction and mentoring to project teams and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions.
* Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.

* Prior team leadership or management experience preferred
* Business process experience in the following areas:
* Oracle Cloud: 4-5 years of experience in General Ledger, Financial Reporting Studio, Smartview, Subledger Accounting, Accounting Hub Cloud.
* 5-10 years/solid overall Record to Report process implementation experience.
* Ability to lead enterprise structure and chart of accounts design workshops.
* Ability to manage complex data conversion cycles and explain best practices in migrating historical
