Supporting requirements analysis and business process modeling in a remote full-time capacity, the Cloud Business Analyst will engage with technical and business stakeholders to define requirements, develop user stories, and analyze cloud services. Key Responsibilities Conduct requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management for cloud and IT initiatives Develop business process models to document current and future-state processes Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Manager in a cloud environment, preferably AWS 2+ years of cloud experience Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and configuration/requirements management tools Experience working within a CMMI Level 3 environment
