Analyzing AWS and Azure cloud environments, the full-time Cloud Analyst will support provisioning, operations, and performance monitoring while working remotely to enhance enterprise platforms and ensure alignment with governance standards. Key responsibilities Evaluate cloud systems for alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards, partnering with Cloud Engineers and Architects Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into cloud performance, availability, and cost metrics Support operational analysis across cloud platforms to identify improvement opportunities and track SLA performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 4+ years of experience in business process analysis, cloud analysis, or IT operations analysis Demonstrated experience analyzing cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure) and operational metrics Experience developing reports and data visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau Proven ability to analyze cloud cost and consumption data for optimization insights
