Closing Operations Specialist

Coordinating and executing closings for the broker channel, the full-time Closing Operations Specialist will serve as the central point of contact for external mortgage brokers and settlement agents while managing late-stage closing bottlenecks and ensuring timely, accurate final documents in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the main contact for external mortgage brokers and settlement agents to resolve closing issues and keep transactions moving forward Balance final loan documents and settlement statements with title companies, identifying and resolving discrepancies before execution Guide borrowers through closing documents and facilitate remote online notarization to enhance the digital closing experience Required qualifications Two or more years of loan closing experience, preferably in the manufactured housing market Experience coordinating with mortgage brokers, title companies, and settlement agents Ability to review and balance final loan documents and settlement statements Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new technology Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant work experience
