Closing Operations DispatcherDicey's Logistics Service is hiring a Closing Operations Dispatcher for our Wednesday–Saturday shift at the Amazon warehouse in Etna, OH.We're a growing Amazon DSP with 100+ employees, and we're looking for someone dependable, organized, calm under pressure, and good with people. This role is ideal for someone who has experience as a driver trainer, team lead, dispatcher, or supervisor and wants to continue growing into operations and leadership over time.This is a hybrid role — part of the day will still involve delivering routes, while the second half focuses on supporting dispatch operations and helping drivers successfully return from their routes.This is NOT a high-pressure management position where you're expected to solve major operational issues alone. Dispatchers work closely with ownership and leadership for support and escalation when larger problems arise.
