- Active license to practice law in Georgia
- 2+ years of experience handling Georgia real estate transactions and closings
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate law
- Experience with title examination, title review, and closing procedures
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Comfort with legal technology and practice management software; Qualia experience is a plus
- Conducting residential and commercial real estate closings in accordance with Georgia laws and regulations
- Reviewing title work and ensuring transactions meet all legal and compliance requirements
- Managing real estate transactions from preparation through closing
- Delivering an exceptional client experience for buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate professionals
- Building and maintaining relationships with realtors, lenders, builders, and other referral partners
- Participating in networking and marketing events to support business development efforts
- Collaborating with internal staff to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing
- Serving as a trusted legal advisor throughout the closing process
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and client service
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Stockbridge office and broader organization
