Closing Agent - BoulderThe Closing Agent completes closing transactions in refinance, resale (that may include market trend transactions such as short sales and foreclosures) and builder segments by determining requirements, clearing title, assembling, preparing and reviewing closing documents, and disbursing funds. The Closing Agent takes responsibility for the entire closing transaction while maintaining a growing book of business.This is an in-office position, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.We are seeking a qualified Closing Agent to join our Boulder Team. This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of escrow/title experience.What We Need From YouCustomer InteractionAct as liaison with all parties involved in the transaction, e.g.
