Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
- Handle inbound calls and assist with pharmacy-related questions and concerns.
- Review prescriptions and accurately enter medication orders into pharmacy systems.
- Process prescription orders for multiple pharmacy locations.
- Investigate medication orders and resolve customer or prescription-related issues.
- Coordinate with pharmacy teams and document customer interactions.
- Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician Trainee registration or Pharmacy Technician license required.
- Customer service or pharmacy order entry experience preferred, depending on the position.
- Strong communication, computer, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to complete onsite training and work assigned shifts
