We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals who are comfortable speaking with customers, learning a structured sales process, and working in a performance-driven environment.

This is a **100% remote sales position** with **company-provided leads, no door-to-door sales, and no traditional cold calling**.

### What You’ll Do

* Connect with prospective customers by phone and Zoom
* Follow up with company-provided leads
* Conduct virtual sales presentations
* Explain products and available options
* Build rapport and maintain professional customer relationships
* Manage appointments and follow-up activity
* Participate in ongoing virtual training and coaching
* Work toward individual sales and performance goals

### What We’re Looking For

* Strong communication and people skills
* Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and video
* Self-motivated and reliable
* Organized and consistent with follow-up
* Coachable and willing to learn
* Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
* Reliable internet connection
* Computer and webcam
* Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
