Structured Finance Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a Structured Finance Reporting Analyst to support a growing portfolio of CLO and structured finance transactions. This position is responsible for interpreting transaction documents, performing compliance testing, reconciling collateral activity, and producing accurate investor and trustee reporting.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret trust indentures and related transaction documents to determine reporting requirements.
• Translate legal documentation into technical reporting specifications and payment calculations.
• Receive, reconcile, map, and validate collateral data from multiple sources.
• Perform portfolio compliance testing, trade testing, and exception analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual investor, trustee, and tax-related reports.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure accurate receipt and distribution of cash flows.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness.
• Support interactions with asset managers, investors, auditors, rating agencies, and other transaction stakeholders.
• Research and resolve reporting discrepancies and data exceptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in structured finance, corporate trust, loan operations, securitization, or investment operations.
• Understanding of CLOs, syndicated loans, fixed income securities, or asset-backed structures.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret complex legal and financial documentation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
