The CLO Data Analyst role at Voya Financial supports the Voya Investment Management Leveraged Credit Group with investor data requests, CLO dataset management, and reporting.
Responsibilities
* Respond to detailed CLO investor RFP , investor inquiries, and data requests.
* Create and update CLO datasets used for marketing materials, including customized datasets for marketing presentations distributed to potential investors and other third parties.
* Aggregate portfolio, performance, and market data and maintain/updating of source data spreadsheets.
* Collaborate with CLO compliance, finance, and risk teams on items including cash balances , monthly reports , and compliance results .
* Provide administrative and technical assistance on an as-needed basis.
* Complete ad hoc reports and projects requested by CLO portfolio managers.
* Build out Voya's agentic AI research and portfolio management platform .
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent), preferably in a numerical or quantitative discipline.
* 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
* Experience writing scripts/queries for data processing, extraction, and reporting (a plus).
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook .
* Robust analytic and quantitative skills .
* Strong written and verbal communication skills .
* Knowledge of and interest in structured finance .
* Good interpersonal skills to build strong professional relationships with internal and external parties.
* Ability to work independently while integrating with members of the CLO Team.
* Reliable self-starter with high attention to detail , strong organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Excellent time management and ability to perform in a deadline-focused environment.
