Protiviti is seeking a CLO Client Services / Relationship Specialist to support the onboarding and ongoing management of CLO and Structured Finance transactions for one of its large bank clients. This is a senior individual contributor role that serves as a key partner to clients, business development teams, and internal stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of a transaction.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate onboarding, KYC, account setup, and deal closing activities
- Review transaction documents and trust structures
- Support refinancings, resets, amendments, and other deal lifecycle events
- Partner with clients, trustees, attorneys, and internal operations teams to ensure timely execution of transactions
- Manage operational requirements, approvals, system updates, and documentation reviews
- Resolve issues proactively and serve as a trusted resource for clients and internal stakeholders
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational enhancements
What We're Looking For
- Experience in CLOs, Structured Finance, Corporate Trust, Syndicated Loans, or Capital Markets
- Background xhqgsiq in Client Services, Relationship Management, Deal Administration, Transaction Management, or Corporate Trust
- Strong understanding of transaction documents and deal onboarding processes
- Experience managing multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- KYC, account opening, onboarding, or client account management experience preferred
