CLO / ABL / Structured Finance Associate AttorneyDirect Counsel is seeking a CLO / ABL / Structured Finance Associate Attorney to join a highly regarded law firm in New York, NY, Washington, D.C., or Charlotte, NC.About the Role:The firm's Capital Markets department is looking for associates with 3-6 years of substantial experience in one or more of the following areas:Private securities offerings and/or securitizationGeneral bank lending, including syndicated lendingAsset-backed lending and/or structured lendingExperience with CLO, ABS, and/or CMBS is a plus, but not requiredQualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentialsAdmission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction (New York, D.C., or North Carolina) or eligibility for admissionSolid law firm experience handling complex structured finance and lending mattersCompensation:Anticipated annual base salary range: $260,000 – $420,000The actual salary will depend on factors such as qualifications, years of experience, and locationThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected firm with a strong capital markets and structured finance practice.
