Clinician Support Agent

To support better patient outcomes, the remote contract Clinician Support Agent will serve as the primary contact between cardiac technicians and healthcare accounts, ensuring effective communication of ECG abnormalities and managing clinical case information. Key responsibilities Communicate ECG abnormalities following physician notification protocols and notify clinical personnel as required Utilize case management systems to respond, act, and update case statuses effectively while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards Foster collaboration with internal teams and external customers, including hospitals and clinicians, to ensure high-quality outcomes Required qualifications Proficiency in medical terminology and prior experience in a healthcare environment, preferably with EKG interpretation Technical skills in case management systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word) Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Motivated and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes while adhering to HIPAA guidelines Independent thinking and solution-oriented approach with a customer-focused mindset
