To ensure optimal clinician coverage for patient volumes, the full-time remote Clinician Scheduler will develop and manage schedules for multiple hospital locations while collaborating with clinicians and leadership to address staffing needs and resolve scheduling conflicts. Key responsibilities Create and maintain schedules for clinicians 45 days in advance using scheduling software Analyze staffing requests and resolve conflicts, escalating issues when necessary Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure appropriate staffing and maintain provider satisfaction with the scheduling process Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Experience creating and managing complex schedules Shift Admin scheduling experience preferred Previous experience working with clinicians preferred Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
