To ensure optimal clinician coverage for patient volumes, the full-time remote Clinician Scheduler will develop and manage schedules for multiple hospital locations, utilizing scheduling software and collaborating with clinicians and leadership to address staffing needs effectively. Key responsibilities: Create and maintain schedules for multiple hospital locations at least 45 days in advance Analyze staffing requests and resolve conflicts while collaborating with various stakeholders Ensure continuity of care and provider satisfaction by effectively managing shift assignments and addressing complaints Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred Experience creating and managing complex schedules Shift Admin scheduling experience preferred Previous experience working with clinicians preferred Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
