To support primary care operations, the full-time Senior Clinician Services Analyst will monitor and analyze KPIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve documentation practices, and provide operational guidance while working remotely. Key responsibilities Monitor and analyze KPIs to create actionable reports that inform strategic decision-making Collaborate with leadership and various teams to identify improvement opportunities in documentation practices Provide guidance on compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure clarity in coding processes Required qualifications Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), Coding Specialist (CCS), or Professional Coder (CPC) certification required Completion of advanced training through an accredited program or equivalent knowledge 5 years of experience in professional coding and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Extensive knowledge of ICD-10 CM/PCS and CPT/HCPCS coding classifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and patient accounting systems
