Clinician Experience Manager

To enhance clinician satisfaction and engagement, the full-time remote Manager of Clinician Experience will oversee physician relationships, optimize onboarding processes, and support virtual neurologists from contract signing to scheduling. Key Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with physicians, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication Develop and implement effective onboarding and training processes for new physicians Analyze performance metrics related to physician satisfaction and develop action plans for improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field Previous experience in clinician relations, healthcare management, or a similar role Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications
