Astor Services is seeking a compassionate, skilled clinician to join the Ulster County Crisis Support Center—a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where your work truly matters. What You’ll Do:

  Provide compassionate, immediate support to individuals and families experiencing mental health crises.

  Conduct mental health assessments and develop effective stabilization plans.

• n

  Deliver crisis counseling to individuals in acute distress.

  n
n
• n

  Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team to develop care plans.

  n

• n

  Connect individuals to appropriate community resources to support ongoing stability and recovery.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

· People who can adapt quickly, think creatively, and respond compassionately in moments of crisis.

· Individuals who are licensed or license eligible in New York State (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD. MSW-LP, MHC-LP).

· Candidates who have Experience in mental health crisis intervention, strong assessment skills and strong diagnostic skills.

Salary Description

$60,000.00/yr
