Salary Range:

n

Conditional Licensure $60,000 - $62,000 dependent on years of experience

n

Independent Licensure $62,000 - $70,000 dependent on years of experience

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    n

    Collaborateflexibly and responsively with the area service network on behalf of clients tosupport smooth access to the program, coordinated service responses and clientlinkage with needed community resources.

    Average caseload size is 15 clients

  • n

    Support and articulate the programand organization mission to staff, clients, providers and others.

  • n

    Offer trauma informed otherbest-practice clinical techniques and therapies.

    Provide customer service withinestablished deadlines, consistent with organizational values, standards, andpolicies.

    Demonstrate leadership incase-coordination.

    Complete timely, professionallywritten, intake assessments.

    Manage insurance authorizations ina fiscally responsible manner.

    Use quality CollaborativeDocumentation to maintain insurance required documentation.

    Schedule clinical appointments tomeet the clinical needs of the client.

    Use organization’s establishedtools and procedures to formulate assessment including diagnoses of thechild/adolescent and his/her family. This includes level of care and riskassessments as needed. Involve family members and significant others.

    Develop an individualized serviceplan with the individual and natural supports.

    Identify concrete service needsand provide integrated treatment with the client’s natural supports andproviders to demonstrate best practice.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master’s degree in professional clinical discipline.
  • n

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:

    Independent licensure preferred - LCSW/LCPC willconsider LCSW-cc or LCPC-cc.

    Valid state driver’s license at time of hire.
