We're partnering with a small, start-up biotech to hire an experienced Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to lead early-phase oncology studies . This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands‑on CTM who thrives in a lean biotech environment and enjoys taking true study‑level ownership .
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Study Lead for assigned clinical trials, owning day‑to‑day trial execution
- Oversee CROs and vendors, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence
- Partner closely with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Data Management, and Safety
- Support study start‑up through close‑out, with a focus on early‑phase oncology trials
- Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field (advanced degree a plus)
- 5+ years of clinical operations experience
- 2+ years of hands‑on Study Lead experience
- Strong experience in small biotech environments
- Phase 1 experience is neededOncology clinical trial experience required
- CRO experience plus small biotech experience is highly desirable
- Ability to work remotely while aligning to PST hours
