How you will make an impact
- Develop and execute a mentorship program for BCBAs, developing competencies and strong foundations for quality service delivery.
- Develop and monitor systems for supervision and mentoring of students in academic programs for behavior analysis.
- Continuous monitoring, employment and refinement of systems for supervision of registered behavior technicians.
- Provide meaningful employee training to effectively grow and develop skills of registered behavior technicians.
- Ensure quality of care is delivered companywide through development and implementation of treatment quality and integrity protocols.
- Lead staff development initiatives to address all areas of quality service delivery.
- Design and oversee individualized programs for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, ages 2-10, in natural settings of a small caseload.
- Conduct client onboarding, including timely responses to caregiver inquiries, initial pre-screenings, and intake processes.
- Collaborate with the Operations Director to effectively manage the appropriate assignment of cases, and assigned hours.
- Conduct interviews and provide feedback on candidates for open positions.
Qualification Requirements
- Master’s degree in psychology, behavior analysis, education or special education, or related field
- BCBA Credential/Certificate
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA
Clinic Hours
- Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
