Clinical Therapist Position
TeamBuilders Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team in Rio Rancho, NM. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, supporting clients in achieving emotional wellness and long-term stability. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy
- Deliver services in office, home, and community-based settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Active New Mexico license (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT) or eligibility required
- Experience in behavioral health or community mental health preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

$55,000 - $85,000 a year
