Position- Clinical Therapist

Location- Owensboro, KY

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to individuals in addiction recovery.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic groups, including relapse prevention and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and support individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, whole-person care.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and treatment planning.
• Support clients through early recovery, high-risk transitions, and ongoing treatment.
• Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and follow professional and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
• Licensed or license-eligible with credentials such as LCSW, CSW, LPCC, MFT, or LPCA.
• Experience working in addiction recovery or substance use treatment is preferred.
• Candidates with a strong interest in addiction recovery are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
