ADLs, Blood Draws, IV Insertion, Catheter / Foley insertion.Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.Training: Must be available for six (6) weeks of paid training, consisting of, Virtual modules (Two from 8AM -4:30PM), Classroom-style sessions: 8AM – 4:30PM (6 shifts total), Shifts on unit (8hrs & 12hrs).Minimum Qualifications:Education: High School diploma or equivalent.Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.Special Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds.Preferred Qualifications:Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
