Job Description
- Hospital seeks a Clinical Business Analyst to support clinical and operational performance through data analysis and workflow optimization.
- The role partners with clinical, IT, and administrative teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
- Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, gaps, and quality improvement opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, regulatory compliance, and patient care outcomes.
- Support EHR enhancements, system testing, implementation, and end-user training.
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and accreditation standards.
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of healthcare analytics, clinical informatics, or business analysis experience required.
- Strong SQL, reporting tools, EHR knowledge, and communication skills are essential.
