Midwest Health is looking for a Clinical Support RN serves as a primary clinical responder and escalation resource, providing real-time guidance, clinical decision-making, and care coordination to assist communities and provide support as needed.
This person will work with the Executive Directors and RCCs (Resident Care Coordinator) to do the following:
- Perform real-time guidance as part of quality assurance and respond to incoming calls and alerts
- Manage and document complex clinical situations (falls, change in condition, behaviours)
- Advise on appropriate level of care and recommend for resident interventions
- Communicate with physicians, families, and staff
- Document interactions in EMR or other software
- Review, assess, educate, and provide guidance on senital events and participate in the QAPI program
This person have a compact/multistate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
