Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor – Registered Nurse for our Main Operating Room. This role oversees daily OR operations, leading a team of perioperative RNs and support staff to deliver safe, high-quality surgical care. The Clinical Supervisor coordinates schedules, resources, and patient flow, supports surgeons and anesthesia teams, and ensures strict adherence to infection prevention and regulatory standards.
You will mentor staff, support onboarding and education, participate in quality and safety initiatives, and foster a collaborative culture aligned with Mercy’s mission of compassionate, innovative patient care.
