Through this multidisciplinary model, we're redefining what accessible, comprehensive mental health care looks like.We are searching for a passionate Clinical Supervisor to join our team of highly skilled clinicians at our Lakeview Belmont location. Clarity offers administrative, billing, and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload, ensuring our providers are focused on their greatest priority...helping their clients move forward in life!We are partnered with the following in-network insurance providers: Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare, and we accept self-pay clients.Location: Hybrid or Remote (within Chicagoland Area)In this role, you will:Manage an individual caseload of a minimum of 20 attended client sessions per week while providing weekly supervision to a maximum of four (4) supervisees and support supervisees in facilitating and documenting proper assessments, recommendations, and referrals, if neededReview and sign supervisees notes ensuring proper documentation and billing is facilitatedApprove biweekly clinical hours recorded by therapy team, time off requests, and other requests that may be submittedAssess, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions through individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy that is evidence-based and clinically appropriateParticipate in CEU and didactic training program to facilitate growth and mastery of skill set in an identified area of specialtyParticipate in supplemental services and program development opportunities in the clinic, including but not limited to group therapy, blog writing, additional training opportunitiesCollaborate with a multi-disciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, physician assistants, social workers, professional counselors, and other mental health professionalsManage and organize individual schedule utilizing electronic scheduler providedAttend and participate in individual/group supervision and all required department meetingsParticipate in internal and external marketing and networking meetingsComplete required onboarding trainings and other additional trainings that are deemed necessary for new hiresPerks and Benefits:Compensation: $55-$65/per hour commensurate to years of experience + $130/week per supervisee.Full-time includes benefits packageFull comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, EAP services and morePTO and wellness / sick day accrual$100 Monthly wellness stipend reimbursement - to prioritize your own wellness routine401k match up to 4%$500 Annual Professional Development StipendFlexible scheduling: Work/life balance (we encourage you to build a manageable caseload)Access to continuing education creditsQualifications & Minimum Requirements:A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting preferredLicense to practice independently in the state of Illinois: LCSW/LCPC/LMFTExperience with any/all the following treatment modalities and programs is beneficial:Individual & Family-focused therapyCBT | DBT | ACTEMDRHealth psychology (chronic health issues or pain management)CADCMarriage and Family TherapyIOP/PHP programsGroup TherapyWe celebrate diversity when it comes to all backgrounds and identities, and we encourage applications from minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, candidates of all ages, and nontraditional backgrounds.
