Forte Behavioral Health LLC seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead high-quality mental and behavioral health services across our Texas locations. In this role, you will provide clinical supervision to therapists and behavioral health staff delivering ABA therapy, counseling, and psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults. You will oversee treatment planning, documentation, and outcomes while ensuring evidence-based, ethically sound, and compliant care.
The Clinical Supervisor will facilitate multidisciplinary case consultations, guide clinical decision-making, and support crisis and risk assessment. You will provide supervision toward licensure, mentor clinicians, and help shape program development and quality improvement initiatives. Working in a collaborative, client-centered, and growth-oriented culture, you’ll partner with leadership to maintain regulatory compliance and promote clinical excellence.
