Clinical Supervisor – Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Design and oversee evidence‑based programming using ABA principles (DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, etc).
  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians and RBTs on intervention plans and data collection systems.
  • Ensure ongoing progress monitoring, data analysis, and goal refinement.
  • Collaborate with assistant supervisors, school psychologists, educators, and administrative teams to implement behavior support plans.
  • Support trauma‑informed and multi‑tiered systems of support (MTSS) practices.
  • Lead team trainings and contribute to clinical program development.
  • Attend IEP meetings and provide clinical consultation within school settings as needed.
  • Maintain a minimum of 30 weekly billable hours in accordance with autonomous behavior solutions policies.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • At least 5 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism or developmental delays
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in ABA settings
  • Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and experience with FBA/BIP development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A commitment to cultural responsiveness, ethical practice, and family‑centered care.
